Arimistane

Arimistane, an aromatase inhibitor, is effective for managing weight concerns and is also used to address gynecomastia. The typical dosage ranges from 25 to 75 mg per day, but specialists often recommend starting with a lower dose and increasing it gradually as necessary.

The aromatase enzyme is responsible for raising estrogen levels, while Arimistane works to lower them. Elevated estrogen levels in men can lead to a decrease in luteinizing hormone (LH), which subsequently reduces testosterone levels.
